RELIEF Surgery℠

RELIEF Surgery℠ is the acronym for Robotic and Endoscopic Lumbar Interbody Expanded Fusion (RELIEF) Surgery. It is the least invasive spinal fusion available presently in spinal care. It combines the robotic and endoscopic techniques to minimize surgery trauma and maximize surgery precision and efficiency for the best possible outcome. This type of minimally Invasive Spine Surgery (MISS) provides patients with quicker recovery and less pain than traditional spine surgery. Although most of spinal patients do not need spinal fusion, a great number of patients with spinal instability due to spine fractures or degenerative disc diseases and discogenic pain with collapsed disc space may be candidates. Atlantic Spine Center Surgeon, Dr. Praveen Kadimicherla, is a pioneer for RELIEF Surgery℠.
